Staff that do not use the software can be created free of cost. These are Loan Officers used in Add Borrower page and Collectors in Add Repayment page. The loan officers can be assigned to borrowers and used to download daily collection sheets. Similarly the collectors can be selected when entering a repayment and then you can run report to see how much money they are collecting.
To add free Loan Officers, please visit Admin >> Borrowers >> Manage Loan Officers.
To add free Collectors, please visit Admin >> Borrowers >> Manage Collectors.
Also, you can unregistered staff in payroll.
